New format of EasyXpress branches!

EasyXpress is a logistics company that delivers and redeems parcels from the USA to Ukraine.

Client's task: Opening a new branch format taking into account social distancing.

We have created an individual software payment terminal project that allows customers to:

  • read data by QR code;
  • log in to your personal account;
  • request a parcel for delivery; (integration with CRM)
  • scan documents;
  • pay for services in cash or by credit card, without direct interaction with EasyExpress employees. This is especially important during the quarantine period.

As a result, the client received a self-service department with accelerated parcel processing, social distancing, satisfied and loyal customers.
